Our team serves more than 150 client locations across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttarakhand, with PSARA licences in these states.

Special Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh
Balwaria Security Services was founded under the visionary guidance of the late Shri Balwaria, and his standard is still the standard we hold ourselves to.
A distinguished 1976-batch Indian Police Service officer, he served with honour for over 35 years, retiring in 2011 as Special Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh. His decorated career was marked by deep operational expertise in counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, disaster response and complex crisis management.
As Additional Director General of Police (Security), he spearheaded high-stakes protection details for state VIPs and safeguarded some of India’s most critical heritage and religious landmarks, including the Taj Mahal, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Ram Janmabhoomi and Krishna Janmabhoomi.
A master strategist who dedicated nearly a decade to training police cadres, his contributions were recognised with the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service in 1995 and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service in 2005. This legacy of institutional discipline and rigorous personnel training shapes the way we protect our clients today.
